The IFFT Institut für Fassadentechnik Frankfurt GmbH Karlotto Schott with its residence in Frankfurt am Main is successfully working at home and abroad for almost 50 years.
The main duty of IFFT GmbH is the punctual and extensive consultation of clients and architects in

-building physics and
-economic
questions of façade techniques.
This special field comprises the creative technological planning, writing of tenders and supervision of all areas of façade techniques, for example :
metal-/glass curtain walls
natural stone claddings
ventilated façade cladding of different materials
glass roofs
claddings for tall buildings
twin face facades and
structural glazing facades.
IFFT GmbH has special experience for refurbishment and redevelopment of older claddings at different building projects.
IFFT GmbH took part in national and international large-scale projects and has planned the façade of more than 50 tall buildings.
